Settings: cpu-used 3, CQ 15, tune=lavish_vmaf_rd, film-grain-table=<photon noise ISO 1200>, lag-in-frames=64, vmaf-resize-factor=1, deltaq-mode=2, dq-modulate=0, delta-qindex-pos=50, delta-qindex-neg=50, vmaf-preprocessing=1, vmaf-quantization=1, vmaf-model-path=<vmaf_v0.6.1neg-nomotion.json>
Note: the settings --dq-modulate=0 --delta-qindex-pos=50 --delta-qindex-neg=50 significantly increase the bitrate spending, resulting in similar quality & bitrate to CQ 10 without these settings.
